What is the Hair.Care.™ Membership?
The Hair.Care. Membership is an exclusive program offering beauty enthusiasts access to a range of premium salon services at special rates, providing flexibility, and additional perks.
What are the membership options?
We offer two options - Hair.Care. 1 and Hair.Care. 2. Hair.Care. 1 includes one monthly credit for The IVRIE Press+™, while Hair.Care. 2 offers two monthly credits for The IVRIE Press+.
What does The IVRIE Press+™ include?
The IVRIE Press+ includes an IVRIE press or shampoo and style service, a deep conditioning treatment or steam treatment, and a growth-supporting end trim. Additional services are also available at a discounted rate.
How does the billing work?
For monthly payments, the fee is automatically charged to your credit card on file on the specified day. If you opt for the paid-in-full option, you can redeem all salon services immediately.
Can I transfer my membership benefits to someone else?
Yes, as an active member, you can transfer one unused salon membership service to another person for a fee of $10. This can be done once every six months.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge by providing at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur charges, and a no-show may result in full-service charges.
What happens if I move or face extenuating circumstances during the initial term?
During the initial term (first 6 months), you may cancel with written proof of moving over 25 miles, a medical statement, or other extenuating circumstances. After the initial term, you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Is there a grace period for using accrued but unused benefits after cancellation?
Yes, you have a 60-day period after nonrenewal, cancellation, or termination to redeem accrued but unused benefits. After this period, benefits expire.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, extended freezes are allowed for medical conditions, student leave, or personal reasons. There's a $5.00 monthly charge for freezes, and documentation is required.
How are rate changes communicated?
IVRIE Salons will provide a 30-day written notice of any rate changes, after which clients may cancel if they choose not to accept the new rates.
What if I want to terminate my membership?
To terminate, provide IVRIE Salons with a 30-day written notice prior to the end of your agreement. Failure to do so will result in automatic monthly renewals. Have more questions?
