Meet Lenora and Rickey Leathers

Lenora Leathers is the Founder and CEO of IVRIE Salons, a beauty entrepreneur and visionary redefining the salon experience for women with textured hair. With over two decades in the industry, her work has always centered around confidence, care, and creating elevated experiences women can trust.

Today, Lenora leads IVRIE’s growth and expansion, building a membership-based salon model focused on consistency, exceptional service, and meaningful career paths for beauty professionals.

Alongside her, Rickey Leathers serves as Co-Founder, bringing years of entrepreneurial and business strategy experience across multiple industries. In addition to helping lead IVRIE’s vision and growth, Rickey serves as Vice President and Senior Business Consultant at JPMorgan Chase, where he supports small business owners throughout the Kansas City metro through executive coaching and strategic consulting. Together, Rickey and Lenora are building IVRIE Salons into a nationally recognized brand known for its elevated experience, strong culture, and commitment to excellence.

As a proud Hispanic stylist with 6 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in textured hair and love helping clients achieve healthy, confidence-boosting results. I’m passionate about mentoring and supporting new stylists as they grow in their skills, confidence, and career journey while creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending time with my supportive husband, our fur baby Denver, and the family that inspires me every day.

Our stylists regularly train in the latest techniques, hair wellness innovations, and product science. They attend industry education, participate in hands-on workshops, and share what they learn with each other. When your stylist explains what they’re doing and why, that’s not a sales pitch. It’s the culture we’ve built.
